There's so much to do here at Middaugh Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Dingmans Campground is a tremendous site for that. Adams Brook Dam is worth going to since you're here; Sherelyn Motel is a glorious site to get some rest. stunning Round Hill near Middaugh Pond is magnificent, and a journey to Delaware National Scenic River is worthwhile. During the warm days of summer, highs usually are in the 70's at Middaugh Pond. When the night sets in temperatures
fall down into the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's with temperatures at Middaugh Pond dipping down into the 10's through winter nights. If only every place had this much outdoors amusing stuff, what a great world
it would be. There is a nice hiking trail near Middaugh Pond called the Flat Ridge Trail, and you can stay the night at River Beach Campsites. Middaugh Pond gets a typical amount of precipitation; during the month of May you get
the most rain around here, and February is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. On a brilliant day at Middaugh Pond you can take a hike along the Bald Hill Trail, and you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Tanglwood while you're here.
