If you need a place to stay National at The Club at North Hills is a glorious choice, and getting to North Fork Pine Creek from Marshall Lake is painless. This lake is so wonderful. The slopes of Boyce Park are so inviting noone can resist. Marshall Lake gets a common amount of rainfall; through the month of June you get the most rain around here, and February is the month with the least moisture.       All through the summertime months highs here at Marshall Lake get into the 80's while nighttime lows are regularly in the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's while Marshall Lake overnight low temperatures throughout the wintertime are in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. A beautiful lake like Spring Valley Lake close to Marshall Lake is a good place to pop by, and golf can be played at Wildwood Golf Club. If you don't mind getting                  dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Montour Run; you don’t have to go far from Marshall Lake to distinguish the water at Pine Creek Dam. Pine Creek is a wonderful whitewater spot near Marshall Lake, and while you're here you will meet lots of people from nearby Pittsburgh. Life's too short to enjoy all the cool stuff near Marshall Lake. If you came to camp Pittsburgh North Campground is a good place to do that, and Holiday Inn Pittsburgh-North Hills, Pa is a pleasant location to get some rest.
