Marsh Pond is right by the Lakeside Trail, and Marsh Pond is a great site to visit for more than one day, Lake Moc A Tec Campground is a great site to camp nearby. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Wallenpaupack Creek, and you can hit the slopes at Tanglwood around       here. Summertime highs at Marsh Pond frequently tend to be in the 70's. During the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 50's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 20's with temperatures at Marsh Pond dipping down into the 0's during winter nights. The high level of rainfall makes Marsh Pond a pretty wet spot; through June this area sees the most rain; February meanwhile is the driest month. Roaming Woods Lake Dam has great water scenery and it's                  near Marsh Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Take a hike on the Brown Trail, obviously you could also go to Brooks Lake since you're here; it's not far at all. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors entertaining things the area in close proximity to Marsh Pond has to offer. Dry warm beds await you at Caesars Cove Haven; there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at close by Ski Big Bear. This lake is so wonderful. Comfort Inn Pocono Lakes Region is a splendid place to get some rest; why not take a refreshing hike along the Boundary Trail. You're sure to stumble upon some good people from East Stroudsburg here.
