at Skytop Lodge.
Wallenpaupack Creek - East Branch is a delightful whitewater spot close to Lower Lake; during your tour here you'll meet some people from East Stroudsburg for sure. This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave Lower
Lake without first going for a hike along the Snow Shanty Trail, also Lower Lake Dam is worth visiting while you're here. No way I can stop, cause I'm havin' a perfect time here at Lower Lake. The summits of the Pocono Mountains add
much beauty to the region around Lower Lake, and a good spot to camp here at Lower Lake is Ledgedale Recreation Area.
Ski Big Bear has great slopes and a friendly staff, and you obtain a tremendous panorama of Pocono Mountains
from here. This lake is so wonderful. Lower Lake is a wet spot that gets a large amount of precipitation; through May this area sees the most rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month.
Little Falls is always fun to check out; Pickerel Point is not far at all.
