You'll need more than a day to look at everything Lovelace Pond has to offer, you can camp at Hideaway Lakes Camping. There       is a tremendous hiking trail in the neighborhood of Lovelace Pond called the Crawford Trail. During the warm months at Lovelace Pond temperatures are generally in the 70's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Lovelace Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Delaware River, and not far from Lovelace Pond you get some delightful water scenery at Kellow Lake Dam. A good deal of rain falls at Lovelace Pond; through August this area sees the most rain, and the driest of the months is February. This lake is so wonderful. On a great day at Lovelace Pond you can take a hike along the Blooming Grove Trail. There's so much to do here at Lovelace Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Countryside Family Campground is a perfect place for that. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors entertaining things the area in the vicinity of Lovelace Pond has to offer.
