Really nice skiing awaits you at Elk Mountain, and Poyntelle Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop by. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Lake Lorain has to offer, you can camp at Camp Weequahic. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Lake Lorain, you could also stop at pretty Bone Pond,       and get yourself into a kayak and hit Lackawanna River. You just must go for Lake Lorain. There's so much to do here at Lake Lorain that you need to camp here for a while, Camp Tioga is a perfect spot for that; there are some pleasant whitewater spots on Middle Creek - Lackawaxen Tributary. Orson Pond Dam is an interesting thing to check out; Memorial Links Golf Course is a splendid golf course close by. For the duration of the summertime months, highs                  usually are in the 80's at Lake Lorain, and the nighttime is quite colder of course, typically in the 50's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 30's, and night lows in the 10's for Lake Lorain.
