If you are traveling by, why not stop by Longford Lake. If you came to camp Twin Hills Park is a good location to do that; after a long day outdoors Quality Inn & Suites is a good location to spend a night or two. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Longford Lake with night lows in the 50's. from Binghamton for sure. Longford Lake is a good place of normal rainfall; June is the month that gets the most rain, and January meanwhile is the driest month. Not far from Longford Lake, you'll find Lake Marge which is a delightful lake, and a round of golf at nearby Vestal Hills Country Club is a tremendous way to kill some time.
