The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Lonesome Lake, and the night is a little colder of course, commonly in the 60's. Throughout the wintertime highs are ordinarily in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Lonesome Lake. You can run the rapids of Jacobs Creek next to Lonesome Lake, and hey, Boyer Run is a delightful local stream. This lake is so wonderful. There are fine sites       to look at along the Great Gorge Trail, and most likely you're looking for close by lakes? Sure, Dry Ridge Reservoir is just a very short distance away. Four Points By Sheraton Greensburg is a glorious place to get some rest, and Robertshaw Acres Golf Club is a golf course nearby. Why not camp at Fox Den Acres Campgrounds if you're here at Lonesome Lake, unsurprisingly you could also pop by Albrights Lake if you're here; it's not far at all. But wait,                  there's more to do in the vicinity of Lonesome Lake.
