If you are in Bedford county it's always a good idea to stop by Little Pond. While you're here at Little Pond, you could also have a look at gorgeous Lake Koon, and Bedford Springs Resort is a great place to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is great here at Little Pond, you can go for a hike along the Tower Trail. If only every place had this much outdoors cool things, what a great globe it would be. Hiking along the Carnes Trail is delightful

| | fun; you can stay the night at Hidden Springs Campground. Going for a hike along the Sawmill Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood, and you could always discover Summerville Gap. From a rainfall point of view Little Pond is a pretty typical location; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain, and January is the month with the least moisture. Little Pond has to offer, you can camp at Rocky Gap State Park, and whitewater paddling is great on Flintstone Creek. Do go to Big Pond close to Little Pond, it's a stunning lake; in case you don’t have a problem getting covered
with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Town Creek. High temperatures at Little Pond during the warmest time of the year are in the 80's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down
to the 30's while Little Pond overnight low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 10's. If you're here at Little Pond, you could stop at Black Valley Branch, and if you need a place to stay Rocky Gap Lodge is a glorious choice.
