If you like lakes and you're in this part of Pennsylvania you can check out Little Mud Pond. Bald Barren is uncomplicated to spot from Little Mud Pond; a visit to Delaware National Scenic River is worthwhile. Near Little Mud Pond you locate the Bald Barren Trail which is a great hiking trail, and if you like swamps you're in luck, Ben Bush Swamp is right close by. Having a great time at Little Mud Pond is painless. Drift down the rapids of Bush Kill Creek

Little Mud Pond is not the only location nearby, Lake Minisink is a nearby lake, and why not camp at Dingmans Campground since you're here at Little Mud Pond. The Flat Ridge Trail is a great hiking trail near Little Mud Pond, and if you get bored of Little Mud Pond you could also check out nearby Silver Lake. High temperatures at Little Mud Pond all through the summer are in the 70's, | |

and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Little Mud Pond.
This lake is so wonderful. There's no such thing as a bad day of
skiing at nearby Shawnee Mountain; get yourself into a kayak and hit Shohola Creek. Going for a hike on the Maple Brook Trail is always a glorious adventure, and a great location to camp here at Little Mud Pond is Lake Adventure Community
Assoc. So many fun things right next door to Little Mud Pond, clearly striking. Hit the slopes at Tanglwood around here.
The yearly precipitation here at Little Mud Pond is about average; during May this area sees the most rain,
and February on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. A delightful place like Lavice Meadow Barren here at Little Mud Pond is too good to miss, and The Lodge at Woodloch is a good place to get some rest.
