For the duration of the summer months highs here at Little Lake get into the 70's, and the nighttime is a tad cooler of course, commonly in the 50's. Highs through the winter are usually in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Little Lake are in the 10's. here while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. The summit of Lake Mountain can be seen from Little Lake; paddling on Lehigh River is so much fun.
Going for a hike along the Boulder Field Trail will let
you absorb the natural beauty of this region, and if you're looking for some flowing water? Try Dilldown Creek. Sincavage Lumber Company Dam is a spot that is right next door to Little Lake; skiing at Big Boulder is one of those things
you just should do. All the outdoors exciting stuff close to Little Lake will keep you coming back repeatedly. On a delightful day at Little Lake you can take a hike along the Refuge Trail.
Camping at Fern Ridge Campground is
always a wonderful experience, and while you're here and you like golf, you can go to Split Rock Country Club. While you're here at Little Lake you can take a hike along the Choke Creek Trail, and during your journey here you'll meet some folks from East Stroudsburg for sure.
