During the warmest time of the year at Linden Lake highs are typically in the 80's while night lows are commonly in the 60's. Throughout the wintertime the highs are frequently in the 30's; nighttime lows throughout the winter for Linden Lake tend to be in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Linden Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Rivers Edge Family       Campground is a good place for that, and don't leave Linden Lake without first going for a hike along the Great Gorge Trail. The River Hills casts its shadow over Linden Lake; after a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Uniontown,Pa is a great site to spend a night or two. So much amusing stuff to do at Linden Lake, so little time. Furnace Run flows through this area, and some out of the ordinary geology is available here, Roundbottom is right here. There are                  glorious spots to look at along the Mile Trail; in case you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Jacobs Creek. The yearly rain here at Linden Lake is about average; July is the wettest month with most rain; February is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. A round of golf at nearby Linden Hall & Golf Course is a delightful way to kill some time. If the weather is wonderful, you acquire a magnificent vista of Fort Hill from Linden Lake, and whitewater paddling is perfect on Sewickley Creek.
