the slopes of nearby Camelback, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Camelback Trail. Laurel Lake is a relatively wet place usually with a large amount of rain; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain,
and the driest month of the year is February.
At Laurel Lake all through the long summer days highs are in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 50's. Highs throughout the winter are ordinarily in the
20's with temperatures at Laurel Lake dipping down into the 10's during winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Laurel Lake has to offer, you can camp at Arrowhead Campground; why not pop by Wigwam Lake Dam while you're here.
