    In Pennsylvania there are many beautiful lakes, Lake Somerset is one of them. Any time is a good time at Lake Somerset if you go for the outdoors. Lake Somerset is right by the East End Trail, and after a long day outdoors Budget Host Inn Somerset is a good site to spend a night or two. Lake Somerset is a spot with many visitors from Somerset, and the Spruce Run Trail offers hiking at its best. All through the summertime months at Lake Somerset temperatures  
   are usually in the 80's while night lows are regularly in the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 30's, and night lows at Lake Somerset all through the wintertime typically plunge into the 10's.
This lake is so wonderful. Really delightful skiing awaits you at Hidden Valley. Get your heart pumping on the magnificent whitewater of Quemahoning Creek, and you can never get enough of the great skiing at The Springs at Laurel Mountain. Kimberly

This lake is so wonderful. You don’t have to go far from Lake Somerset to make out the water at Coxes Creek Dam; do take a hike on the Wolf Rocks Trail. All the water falling down from the sky makes Lake Somerset a wet site; May is when you get the most rain here, and February is the month with the least moisture. If you came for an overnight stay Hidden Lake Campground is a splendid place to camp, and dry warm beds await you at Quality Inn Somerset.
