Lake Sanatoga usually gets a large amount of precipitation; during May this area sees the most rain; the driest month of the year is February. Hiking along the Lenade Trail is good fun, and dry warm beds await you at Best Western Pottstown Inn. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Spring Mountain while you're here; camping is available at Water World. There's whitewater on Unami Creek       for all you adrenaline rush seekers, and probably you're looking for nearby lakes? Sure, Schuylkill Canal is just a very short distance away. Yeah, come here to Lake Sanatoga for a perfect time. Take a hike on the Buzzard Trail, and some nearby water includes Brooke Evans Creek. This lake is so wonderful. A wonderful site to camp here at Lake Sanatoga is Hickory Park Campground, and you'll meet a lot of people from Reading here. If you need a spot to stay                  Pottstown Days Inn is a magnificent choice, and you can never get enough of the great skiing at Bear Creek. If you're interested in hydro structures, you can have a look at Sanatoga Dam. For the duration of the summer at Lake Sanatoga highs are commonly in the 80's; the overnight is a bit colder of course, frequently in the 60's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 30's, and night lows during the wintertime for Lake Sanatoga tend to be in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful.
