There's so much to do here at Lake Rowena that you need to camp here for a while, Zimmie's Campground is a splendid location for that; there are perfect places to discover along the Lost Turkey Trail. There's some flowing water nearby, Roaring Run is a stream you can explore while here, and everybody nearby loves skiing at Blue Knob. Paddling on Little Conemaugh River is so much fun, and dry warm
beds await you at Comfort Inn Ebensburg. This is no place for people who don’t like to have fun.
This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the Wolf Rocks Trail. You'll need more than a day to explore everything
Lake Rowena has to offer, you can camp at Woodland Park. Lake Rowena sees pretty high levels of rain; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain; October is the month with the least moisture.
