Don't leave Lake Rose without first paying a visit to B Reynolds Falls, and you can stay the night at Good's Campground. Whitewater paddling is tremendous on Loyalsock Creek, and if you would like a little side visit, try Ganoga Glen. On a good day you can visit Lake Leigh, a swamp near Lake Rose, and Lake Jean Dam is a beautiful spot. This lake is so wonderful. The Old Bulldozer       Road Trail is a great hiking trail right next door to Lake Rose; a perfect nearby hotel is Budget Host Patriot Inn. For the duration of the months of summer, highs commonly are in the 80's at Lake Rose. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's usually in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Lake Rose. Lake Rose is a location with many visitors from Bloomsburg-Berwick, and if you need a spot to stay                  Super 8 Motel - Mifflinville is a good choice. Kitchen Creek has a delightful whitewater paddling spot close by; you'll discover a wonderful lake called Lake Jean. There is a great hiking trail next to Lake Rose called the Irish Settlement Trail; naturally Maple Spring Brook flows through this region. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors entertaining things the area near Lake Rose has to offer. Going for a hike on the Pole Bridge Trail is always a wonderful adventure, and you must absolutely visit The Red Rock while you're here. From a rainfall point of view Lake Rose is a reasonably normal location; of all the months in a year June is the one with the most rain; the driest of the months is January. And that's not all you can do here at Lake Rose.
