Pennsylvania has many beautiful lakes and Lake Poco is one of them. So much amusing stuff to do here at Lake Poco, too fine to be true. Minis Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop by, and a good close by hotel is Columbia-Days Inn. Head up to Alpine Mountain and strap some skis to your feet, and don't leave Lake Poco without first going for a hike along the Indian Trail. | | lows drop down to the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's, and night lows at Lake Poco all through the wintertime mostly dip into the 10's. Lake Poco is nice enough to spend more than a day at, Hickory Lake Campground is a nice local campground, and from Lake Poco you obtain a pleasant view of Mount Airy. with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Lake Poco; Bald Barren Trail is a pleasant local trail, and if you come at the right time of year, Martins Creek offers
some delightful whitewater. Lake Poco Dam is a scenic place close to Lake Poco; there's glorious hiking along the Camelback Trail. Super 8 Motel - Stroudsburg is a wonderful place to get some rest, and there are some wonderful whitewater
spots on Pocono Creek. A glorious place to camp here at Lake Poco is Shady Acres Campgrounds; in the neighborhood of Lake Poco you locate a golf course called Great Bear Golf and Country Club. This lake is so wonderful. Shawnee
Mountain is a very popular ski area around here, and at Lake Poco you always meet someone from East Stroudsburg. If you fancy the outdoors, you'll go for Lake Poco. Do stop by Echo Lake close to Lake Poco, it's a lovely lake; Delaware National Scenic River is a wonderful local destination.

They were always so nice to me and my family. I took my husband there to visit (around 2002) and he got to meet them and see what was always a favorite place of mine. I was even shocked to see good old Sally the pony was still alive! My family has so many cherished memories there and hope that the new owners can continue making good memories for new families.
