Go to Lake Nessmuk if you want to go to a nice lake. The Oak Ridge Trail is a good hiking trail right next door to Lake Nessmuk; Lake Nessmuk Dam is a scenic place. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Stony Fork Creek; Hills Creek State Park is a splendid campground nearby. Near Lake Nessmuk you stumble on the Niles Trail which is a good hiking trail, and if you came for an overnight stay Canyon Country Campground

You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the fun stuff at Lake Nessmuk. On a nice day at Lake Nessmuk you can take a hike along the Cass Trail, and after a long day outdoors Comfort Inn Mansfield is a brilliant place to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. There's some flowing water close by, Boyden Brook is a stream you can explore while you're here, and Barlow Hill is painless to spot from Lake Nessmuk.

you come at the right time of year, Babb Creek offers some glorious whitewater, and if you like skiing, you're in luck; Ski Sawmill is pretty near. This lake is so wonderful. A golf course in the neighborhood of Lake Nessmuk is Tyoga
Country Club; if you need a place to stay Holiday Inn Corning-Painted Post, Ny is a good choice. Lake Nessmuk gets a common amount of annual precipitation; the month of June is the wettest with most of the rain, and January is when
it's the driest.
All through the summer months at Lake Nessmuk temperatures are frequently in the 70's while overnight lows are ordinarily in the 50's. Daytime highs all through the winter are in the 20's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Lake Nessmuk.
