Any time is a good time at Lake Marburg if you like the outdoors. Lakes are perfect; Lake Pahagaco is a lake that's in the neighborhood of Lake Marburg, and playing golf is lots of fun at Hickory Heights Golf Club. Not far from Lake Marburg you obtain some great water scenery

Get drenched paddling on Gunpowder Falls, and beautiful scenery and pleasant skiing is what you acquire at Ski Roundtop. This lake is so wonderful. For the duration of the long summer days, highs mostly are in the 80's at Lake Marburg. Summer night lows fall down to
the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's, and overnight lows in the 20's for Lake Marburg. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Rodeway Inn Hanover, and you're probably hooked on lakes, Lake Lehman is one
of those close by. A common amount of precipitation falls here at Lake Marburg; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain; February is the month with the least moisture.

Gunpowder Falls
| OK so after checking this one out today I was sorely disappointed. it is in no way a II-III, more like a slow moving I, not even a I-II. Also the put in location is on some private property farm so good luck getting in the water at some point where the river isn't congested down into drainage ditches going under the small roads in this area. I highly recommend some of the other gunpowder rivers however, great fun, just not this stretch.... |
