What would winter be without some skiing at Shawnee Mountain, and Wild Acres Lake Dam is a delightful location. So many amusing things to do at Lake Log-n-Twig, so little time. There's whitewater on Raymondskill Creek for all you adrenaline junkies, and you can go for a hike on the Bald Barren Trail. If you came to camp Resorts USA is a nice site to do that; a short tour to Deer Leap Falls is always worthwhile. This location is excellent, just explore all

For the period of the warm months at Lake Log-n-Twig highs are ordinarily in the 70's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. long day outdoors RPAMI - Red Carpet Inn Milford is a nice spot to spend a night or two. Do go to Fawn Lake in close proximity to Lake Log-n-Twig, it's a charming lake; whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you
then, we recommend Hornbeck's Creek. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Lake Log-n-Twig that you need to camp here for a while, Dingmans Campground is a glorious spot for that, and if you haven’t been to
Delaware National Scenic River, you must schedule some time for it if you're here. Lake Log-n-Twig is a relatively wet place generally with much precipitation; May is the wettest month with most rain while February is frequently the
driest month. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Tanglwood if you're here, and going for a hike on the Flat Ridge Trail is always a great adventure. Fernwood Hotel and Resort is a great location to get some rest, and don't leave Lake Log-n-Twig without first going for a hike along the Bald Hill Trail.
