Lake Jean is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. There are wonderful spots to explore along the Old Bulldozer Road Trail; not far from Lake Jean you'll stumble on Lake Jean which is a charming lake. This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave Lake Jean without first going for a hike along the Irish Settlement Trail, and dry warm beds await you at Budget Host Patriot Inn. Get your pulse rate up on the nice whitewater of Kitchen Creek, and there's pleasant hiking

| | along the Pole Bridge Trail. At Lake Jean during the long summer days highs are in the 80's, and the nighttime is a tad colder of course, mostly in the 50's. For the duration of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's; all through the dark hours in the winter at Lake Jean temperatures drop to the 10's. Lakes? Sure, Lake Rose is around here; you can stay the night at Red Rock Mountain Campground. This lake is so wonderful. Super 8 Motel - Mifflinville is a pleasant site to get some rest. There's so much to do here at Lake Jean that
you need to camp here for a while, Good's Campground is a great place for that. Lake Jean is near Lake Jean Dam which is a picturesque site undeniably worth stopping at, and don't leave Lake Jean without first checking out The Red
Rock. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this spot. A magnificent place for whitewater paddling in the vicinity of Lake Jean is Loyalsock Creek; the beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Cayuga Falls.
