The drop from top to bottom is 475 feet at Big Boulder. 75% of the 55 acres of ski terrain at Big Boulder is beginner and intermediate, good for kids and learners. 25% of the runs on the other hand are challenging and good for proficient skiers. Nearby there is a great 4.4-mile-long type I-III whitewater     stretch, the Pennsylvania Route 115 to Pennsylvania Route 940 sector of Tunkhannock Creek.
