Do stop by Lake Giles while you're in this part of Pennsylvania. Lackawaxen River is a wonderful whitewater spot in the neighborhood of Lake Giles. Throughout the warmest time of the year highs here at Lake Giles reach the 70's with night lows in the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Lake Giles. There's always Lake Giles Dam to explore in the neighborhood of Lake Giles; why not take a refreshing

You can run the rapids of Shohola Creek next to Lake Giles, and a great view of lovely Bald Hill is available. Lake Giles is a good location of normal precipitation; the wettest month of the year is typically May, that's the one that rains the most, and February is the month with the least moisture. Now, you may believe that's heaps but there's even more cool stuff to do here at Lake Giles. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go
skiing at Tanglwood while you're here, and don't miss out on a spree to Delaware National Scenic River if you're here. After a long day outdoors Sandy Beach Motel is a tremendous location to spend a night or two, and swamps like Beaver
Swamp are fun to take a look at. Why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like Cricket Hill Golf Club; do take a hike on the Blooming Grove Trail.
This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Lake Giles is great fun,
Wilsonville Recreation Area is a great local campground, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Lake Giles; Crawford Trail is a brilliant local trail. High Falls is always fun to check out, and dry warm beds await you at The Lodge
at Woodloch. This lake is so wonderful. Caffrey Campground is a tremendous campground here, and Billings Creek is one of the streams close by that might be worth visiting.
