Stay the night at Hills Creek State Park, and Knoxville Reservoir is not the only spot close by, Eldridge Lake is a close by lake. This lake is so wonderful. Get drenched paddling       on Pine Creek; if you've had enough of Knoxville Reservoir, Beechwood Lake is close by.
