If you came to camp West Branch Angler and Sportman is a pleasant place to do that; if you're interested in hydro structures, you can stop at Kinneyville Pond Dam. A lake nearby is High Lake, and dry warm beds await you at Inn at Starlight Lake. Skiing at Mount Tone is one of those things you just must do; Middle Creek - Lackawaxen Tributary is a fine whitewater spot nearby. What a location this is for outdoors folks.       Really brilliant skiing awaits you at Elk Mountain, and you can run the rapids of Lackawanna River. Kinneyville Pond is a wet location that gets much precipitation; the month with most of the rain is August, and the driest month of the year is February. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Kinneyville Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Twin Falls Campground is a nice place for that; if you need a place to stay Smith's Colonial                  Motel is a tremendous choice. At Kinneyville Pond throughout the warm days of summer highs are in the 80's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 50's.
