    It's always fun to stop by Killams Pond. If you come at the right time of year, Lackawaxen River offers some delightful whitewater, and why not head up to Tanglwood and strap some skis to your feet. A perfect place to camp here at Killams Pond is Lake Greeley Camp, and hiking along the Maple Brook Trail is splendid fun. This is no place for people who don’t like to have a good time. A tremendous nearby hotel is The Lodge at Woodloch, and Killams Pond is wonderful  
   enough to spend more than a day at, Camp Shohola is a wonderful local campground.
From a rainfall point of view Killams Pond is a rather normal place; the month with most of the rain is May, and February on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Golf can be played at Cricket Hill Golf Club, and there's some flowing water close by, Burchards Creek is a stream you can stop at while you're here. After a long day outdoors The Lodge at Woodloch
 
               is a nice location to spend a night or two, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Steam Mill Trail.
If you adore the outdoors, you'll love Killams Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Bear Swamp is an attention-grabbing swamp close to Killams Pond, and do take a hike on the Crawford Trail. Bald Hill is easy to spot from Killams Pond, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Shohola Creek.
Summertime at Killams Pond comes with high temperatures in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's, and night lows in the 10's for Killams Pond. A day on the slopes of Ski Big Bear is just what you need, and the sights at Delaware National Scenic River will blow your mind.
