Near Killams Pond you come across the Steam Mill Trail which is a magnificent hiking trail; from Killams Pond you obtain a great vista of Bald Hill. Lake Greeley is a wonderful lake right next door to Killams Pond, and dry warm beds await you at The Lodge at Woodloch. If you fancy the outdoors, you'll go for Killams Pond. Soar down the rapids of Lackawaxen River in a kayak, and there are other places here than       Killams Pond, for example Selma Lake. This lake is so wonderful. For you golfers we recommend nearby Cricket Hill Golf Club, and Bear Swamp is an exciting swamp in the neighborhood of Killams Pond. A visit to Delaware National Scenic River is recommended; what would winter be without some skiing at Tanglwood. Burchards Creek is a wonderful stream that is worth checking out; if you need a place to stay The Lodge at Woodloch is a good choice. So much entertaining                  stuff to do here at Killams Pond, too glorious to be true. A nice location to camp here at Killams Pond is Camp Shohola, and why not camp at Lake Greeley Camp since you're here at Killams Pond. Killams Pond gets a normal amount of yearly rainfall; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest of the months is February. Throughout the summertime, highs usually are in the 70's at Killams Pond. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's, and overnight lows at Killams Pond all through the wintertime frequently dip into the 10's. Get soaked paddling on Shohola Creek, and going for a hike on the Crawford Trail is always a nice adventure. This lake is so wonderful.
