by loves skiing at Jack Frost. This lake is so wonderful. Scranton/Wilkes-Barre/Pittston Knights Inn is a brilliant location to get some rest, and Kiel lake is a spot with many visitors from Scranton—Wilkes-Barre. From a precipitation
point of view Kiel lake is a reasonably normal location; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain; the driest month is January. This is no place for people who don’t like to have fun. That right there is loads already,
but it carries on; Kiel lake has it all. The skiing at Montage Mountain is great, and Spring Brook is a great whitewater spot nearby. Kiel lake is a fine place to camp, WT Family Camping is a fine place, and swing by Mud Run Creek it's a tremendous spot to visit.
