If you are traveling by, why not stop by Lake Jamie. You don’t have to go far from Lake Jamie to catch a glimpse of the water at Jamie Lake Dam, and if you need a spot to stay Skytop Lodge is a great choice. Going for a hike along the Snow Shanty Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity; a striking lake like Panther Lake is a tremendous place to explore. This lake is so wonderful. Don't forget to take a great little journey to Spruce Mountain

Camping is available at Camp Pocono Ridge, and there's whitewater on Wallenpaupack Creek for all you adrenaline junkies. A great deal of rain falls at Lake Jamie; June is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest of the months is February. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the enjoyable things at Lake Jamie. Have a glorious hiking adventure along the Burley Inlet Trail.

summer months at Lake Jamie temperatures are frequently in the 70's while night lows are generally in the 50's. Throughout the winter this place gets highs in the 20's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at
Lake Jamie dip into the 10's. If you want a pleasant time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Lake Jamie. A splendid nearby hotel is Shadowbrook Resort, and if you're going to from East Stroudsburg, you won't be the only one.
There are some tremendous whitewater spots on Wallenpaupack Creek - East Branch; why not camp at Ledgedale Recreation Area if you're here at Lake Jamie.
This lake is so wonderful. Alpine Mountain has great slopes and a friendly
staff, and Middle Mountain can be distinguished from Lake Jamie. There's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Mount Airy Lodge, and for you golfers we recommend close by Buck Hill Falls CO Golf Club.
