The beauty of Indian Lake attracts many people from all around. At Indian Lake all through the warm days of summer highs are in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 50's. Daytime highs all through the winter are in the 30's with temperatures at Indian Lake dipping down into the 10's during winter nights. from Pittsburgh here. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Sewickley Creek; Madison Koa Kampgrounds is a delightful campground nearby.
This lake is so wonderful. There's whitewater on
Jacobs Creek for all you adrenaline rush seekers, and a lake nearby is Barnes Lake. If you came for an overnight stay Rustic Acres Campground is a great location to camp, and fine skiing awaits you at Boyce Park.
