Econo Lodge Inn & Suites is a great spot to get some rest, and do stop at Meadow Run Ponds, it's a pretty lake. This lake is so wonderful. Skiing at Split Rock is one of those things you just must do, and there are glorious sites to discover along the Refuge Trail. Yep, outdoors cool stuff       to do are really abundant here at Indian Lake. If you came for an overnight stay WT Family Camping is a fine place to camp, and get covered with water paddling on Lehigh River. Throughout the summer at Indian Lake highs are usually in the 70's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 50's. Highs through the winter are typically in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Indian Lake. The annual precipitation here at Indian Lake is about average;                  through July this area sees the most rain; January is when it's the driest. Little Shades Creek is a stream that you may encounter while you're here, and don't leave Indian Lake without first going for a hike along the Boulder Field Trail. You completely must have a thing about Indian Lake. Paddling on Bear Creek is so much fun; a beautiful lake like Mountain Lake is a good place to check out. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Jack Frost while you're here; Wilkes Barre Golf Club is a delightful golf course close by. A short journey to Pocono Spring is always worthwhile; going for a hike on the Choke Creek Trail is always a good adventure. This lake is so wonderful.
