Put some time aside to spend at Pocono Spring since you're here at Indian Lake, and Bear Creek is a delightful whitewater spot nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Choke Creek Trail is always a delightful adventure; Comfort Inn -Pocono Mountain is a tremendous location to get some rest. If you came to camp Lehigh Gorge Campground is a brilliant spot to do that, and if you're here and you like golf,       you can stop at Wilkes Barre Golf Club. This lake is so wonderful. Jack Frost is a nice local ski area; in case you don’t mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Lehigh River. Everybody close by loves skiing at Split Rock, and lots of people from Scranton—Wilkes-Barre come here. Whohoo, so much fun stuff in one place! Indian Lake rules! Indian Lake is fine enough to spend more than a day at, WT Family Camping is a fine local campground;                  dry warm beds await you at Split Rock Resort. Indian Lake gets a normal amount of rain; July is when you get the most rain here; January is when it's the driest. There are tremendous locations to look at along the Refuge Trail; a lake nearby is Mountain Lake. Visit Little Shades Creek since you're here at Indian Lake; do go to Indian Lake Dam if you're here. For the period of the days of summer at Indian Lake highs are ordinarily in the 70's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 50's. Highs all through the wintertime are generally in the 20's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Indian Lake.
