Yeah, come here to Hunter Lake for a tremendous time. Have a great hiking adventure along the Indian Trail, and Hunter Lake is nice enough to spend more than a day at, Pocono Vacation Park Campground is a nice local campground. Hunter Lake ordinarily gets a lot of rain; May is the wettest month with most       rain; February meanwhile is the driest month. During the summer at Hunter Lake temperatures are ordinarily in the 70's; the night is somewhat chillier of course, mostly in the 50's. Through the winter highs are in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Hunter Lake are in the 10's. A striking lake like Laurel Lake in the neighborhood of Hunter Lake is a good site to pop by; hey, Gotta ski right? Camelback is a great spot to do that. This place, Hunter Lake,                  it simply has so much outdoors entertaining stuff. Pinemere Lake is a magnificent lake close to Hunter Lake. In the event that you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Paradise Creek, and why not take a little spree to Bulgers Run while you're here. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Hunter Lake you can take a hike along the Camelback Trail, and what would winter be without some skiing at Mount Airy Lodge. Evergreen Golf Club is a fine golf course nearby; if you're dropping by from East Stroudsburg, you won't be the only one. If you need a site to stay Howard Johnson Inn - Bartonsville/Poconos Area is a good choice, and an interesting thing to go to near Hunter Lake is Hunter Lake Dam. This lake is so wonderful. Ramada Limited Tannersville Pocono is a good place to get some rest.
