Hunter Lake is brilliant enough to spend more than a day at, The Camp At East Lake is a brilliant local campground, and while you're here you can play some golf at Evergreen Golf Club. Bulgers Run flows through this neighborhood, and if you get bored of Hunter Lake you could also stop by close by Pinemere Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Pocono Creek, and there's       some exciting stuff to observe at Hunter Lake Dam close to Hunter Lake. Much rain falls at Hunter Lake; most of the rain falls throughout May, and February meanwhile is the driest month. A nice close by hotel is Howard Johnson Inn - Bartonsville, and Hunter Lake is not the only spot close by, Laurel Lake is a close by lake. Hunter Lake is not far at all from East Stroudsburg, and if you come at the right time of year, Paradise Creek offers some brilliant                  whitewater. This lake is so wonderful. Have a great hiking adventure along the Indian Trail; a day on the slopes of Mount Airy Lodge is just what you need. Going for a hike along the Camelback Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood, and Ramada Limited Pocono is a great place to get some rest. That right there is a heap already, but it keeps on going; Hunter Lake has it all. While you're here at Hunter Lake you can take a hike along the Lakeside Trail. And that's not all you can do here at Hunter Lake. The snow is glorious at Camelback, and camping at Pocono Vacation Park Campground is always a good experience. High temperatures at Hunter Lake all through the summertime months are in the 70's, and all through the night it cools down to the 50's.
