Throughout the summertime highs here at Hoadley Pond reach the 70's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 50's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 20's; through the dark hours in the winter at Hoadley Pond temperatures fall to the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Hoadley       Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Keen Lake Camping and Cottage Resort is a wonderful location for that, and a lake close by is Lake Ladore. This lake is so wonderful. What would winter be without some skiing at Elk Mountain, and going for a hike along the Boundary Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity. An average amount of precipitation falls at Hoadley Pond; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain; February                  is the month with the least moisture. Very pretty scenery and delightful skiing is what you get at Ski Big Bear, and if you need a spot to stay Comfort Inn Pocono Lakes Region is a good choice. Hoadley Pond is glorious enough to spend more than a day at, Valleyview Farm and Campground is a glorious local campground, and if you come at the right time of year, Middle Creek - Lackawaxen Tributary offers some glorious whitewater. A good close by hotel is Caesars Cove Haven; since you're here you can take a hike along the Lakeside Trail. Just can't get enough of Hoadley Pond.
