If you need a site to stay Ramada Plaza Hotel On-The-Square is a magnificent choice, and there's whitewater on Meshoppen Creek for all you adrenaline kick people. All through the long summer days, highs usually are in the 80's at Hirsh Pond, and the night is fairly colder of course, generally in the 50's. home again. A round of golf at nearby Shadowbrook Resort Golf Course is a good way to kill some time, and camping at Stony Mountain Campground is always a brilliant experience. While you're here at Hirsh Pond you can take a hike along
the Pinnacle Trail, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Bowman Creek.
This lake is so wonderful. Hirsh Dam is not far at all from Hirsh Pond, and the top of Miller Mountain is easily
seen from Hirsh Pond. Since you're here at Hirsh Pond why not explore Thurston Hollow; Hirsh Pond is great enough to spend more than a day at, Schaffer's Riverside Campgrnd is a great local campground.
