This lake is so wonderful. Here at Hemlock Lake you'll probably meet some people from Allentown-Bethlehem-Easton, and Tunkhannock Creek is a great whitewater spot nearby. You're possibly keen on lakes, Hemlock Lake is one of those nearby, and Sugar Hollow Creek is in close proximity to Hemlock Lake and is always a bliss to pop by. Good hiking is available along the Indian Trail, and obviously, this is a nice area for people       who like lakes, Weir Lake is a lake around here. Whohoo, so many fun things in one place! Hemlock Lake is great! You'll need more than a day to look at everything Hemlock Lake has to offer, you can camp at Chestnut Lake Campground, and Delaware & Lehigh National Heritage Corridor is one of the destinations that are tremendous to visit nearby. A great close by hotel is Chateau Resort at Camelback, and not far from Hemlock Lake you obtain some tremendous water                  scenery at Hemlock Lake Dam. A day on the slopes of Camelback is just what you need; there's splendid hiking along the Boulder Field Trail. Playing golf is lots of fun at Indian Mountain Golf Course. There's so much to do here at Hemlock Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Don Laine Campground is a great site for that. For the period of the summer highs here at Hemlock Lake get into the 70's, and the overnight is a little cooler of course, regularly in the 50's. Daytime highs all through the wintertime are in the 20's, and night lows during the winter for Hemlock Lake tend to be in the 10's. The high level of rainfall makes Hemlock Lake a reasonably wet site; through the month of August you get the most rain around here; the driest month of the year is February. And if you're still looking for more outdoors enjoyable things just keep reading. Don't leave Hemlock Lake without first going for a hike along the Camelback Trail, and if you like skiing, you're in luck; Big Boulder is rather near. This lake is so wonderful.
