visit Kiel lake if you're here at Harlow Pond; it's nearby; Holiday Inn Express Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (Airport is a delightful place to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. The summit of Little Shiney Mountain can be seen
from Harlow Pond, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Refuge Trail. High temperatures at Harlow Pond all through the warmest time of the year are in the 70's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. All through the winter highs are in the 20's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Harlow Pond.
