Do check out Mirror Lake near Griff Lake, it's a stunning lake, and if you need a site to stay Ramada Inn At Historic Ligonier is a pleasant choice. So many enjoyable things to do here at Griff Lake, too delightful to be true. Skiing at The Springs at Laurel Mountain is one of those things you just should do, and there is a delightful hiking trail nearby called the Brant Trail. A great nearby       hotel is Hampton Inn & Suites Blairsville, and going for a hike on the East End Trail is always a delightful adventure. Nearby Bear Pond Hollow is a perfect place to go if you're at Griff Lake; drift down the rapids of Tubmill Creek in a kayak. Griff Lake is a wet site that gets a large amount of rain; through the month of July you get the most rain around here; the driest month is February. If you fancy the outdoors, you'll have a thing about Griff Lake.                  Here at Griff Lake there are plenty of folks from Indiana; Mirror Lake Resort is a delightful campground nearby. This lake is so wonderful. A wonderful lake like Bolivar Reservoir next to Griff Lake is a perfect location to check out, and on a brilliant day you can take a hike along the Darr Trail. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Conemaugh River; if you came for an overnight stay Forbes Trail Camp is a fine location to camp. This lake is so wonderful. Really great skiing awaits you at Hidden Valley, and Ridgeview Golf Course is a brilliant golf course close by. At Griff Lake throughout the warm months highs are in the 80's, and the night is rather chillier of course, ordinarily in the 50's.
