Lakes are such calm locations, why not go to Heart Lake close to Graves Pond; a good nearby hotel is Days Inn Scranton PA. There's delightful hiking along the Pinnacle Trail; golf can be played at Skyline Public Golf Course. Throughout the warm days of summer highs here at Graves Pond reach the 70's;       the overnight is a bit colder of course, typically in the 50's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 20's, and overnight lows through the wintertime for Graves Pond tend to be in the 10's. Graves Pond generally gets much rainfall; during the month of June you get the most rain around here while February is generally the driest month. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Choke Creek Trail, and perfect skiing awaits you at Elk Mountain. This lake is so wonderful.
