Camping is available at Good's Campground; if you need a location to stay Super 8 Mifflinville is a good choice. All through the days of summer at Grassy Pond temperatures are generally in the 80's while night lows are typically in the 50's. All through the winter highs are in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Grassy Pond. This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is great here at Grassy Pond, you can go for a hike along the Old Bulldozer

| | Road Trail, and if you came for an overnight stay Cooper's Hidden Lake Campsites is a delightful place to camp. The annual rainfall here at Grassy Pond is about average; most of the rain falls during June, and the driest month is January.

play some golf, you're in luck because Sweet Valley Golf Course is in the neighborhood, and if you get bored of Grassy Pond you could also pop by nearby North Lake. Paddling on Harveys Creek is so much fun, and whitewater paddling
is great on Kitchen Creek.
This lake is so wonderful. There's some out of the ordinary stuff to spot at Harris Pond Dam close to Grassy Pond, and Grassy Pond is not the only place nearby, Sylvan Lake is a nearby lake.

On July 28, 2008 I drove my 40' motor home to 81-80 CG.? There was no access to the CG.? The drive was blocked with traffic cones.? There didn't appear to be any campers any where around or inside.? It must be closed........ |
