Goose Pond is always a pleasure to visit. Near Goose Pond you come across the Snow Shanty Trail which is a pleasant hiking trail; if you like swamps you're in luck, Black Ash Swamp is right nearby. There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Goose Pond. There are plenty of people from East Stroudsburg here at Goose Pond, and if you came to camp Ledgedale Recreation Area is a magnificent place to do that.

This lake is so wonderful. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Tanglwood is in the neighborhood of Goose Pond, and going for a hike on the Lake Laura
Trail is always a perfect adventure. There's some attention-grabbing stuff to see at Lake Lenape Dam in close proximity to Goose Pond, and the Burley Inlet Trail is a perfect hiking trail nearby. Summertime at Goose Pond arrives with
high temperatures in the 70's while nighttime lows are frequently in the 50's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 30's; overnight lows in the 10's for Goose Pond.
The snow is fine at Alpine Mountain, and
the peak of East Mountain can be distinguished from Goose Pond. An average amount of rainfall falls at Goose Pond; May is the month that gets the most rain; the driest month of the year is February. If you need a spot to stay Skytop Lodge is a delightful choice, and there's whitewater on Brodhead Creek for all you thrill seekers.
