Glenburn Pond is a lake worth visiting. Hiking along the Pinnacle Trail is brilliant fun, and hey, Gotta ski right? Montage Mountain is a great place to do that. While you're here at Glenburn Pond you can take a hike along the Choke Creek Trail; what would winter be without some skiing at Elk Mountain. Now, you may think that's a load but there's even more enjoyable stuff to do here at Glenburn Pond. A great close by hotel is Econo Lodge Clarks Summit; whitewater

| | paddling is fine on Spring Brook. All the water falling down from the sky makes Glenburn Pond a wet place; June is when you get the most rain here, and February is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Playing golf is lots of fun at Glen Oak Country Club, and paddling on Lackawanna River is so much fun. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this place. the highs are typically in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Glenburn Pond are in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Glenburn Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Highland Camp Ground
is a tremendous spot for that, and a lake close by is Lance Pond. While you're here at Glenburn Pond you will meet lots of people from nearby Scranton—Wilkes-Barre, and an attention-grabbing thing to take a look at near Glenburn
Pond is Glenburn Dam. Going for a hike along the Refuge Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity, and why not a little side visit to Ackerly Creek. Lilly Lake is a nearby lake that you could visit; if you need a place to stay Comfort Inn Clarks Summit is a tremendous choice.
