Gardner Creek Reservoir is a lake worth visiting. Paddling on Lackawanna River is so much fun, and camping at Highland Camp Ground is always a great experience. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. Hit the slopes at Montage Mountain nearby, and nearby you stumble on Rough Hollow which is a good place to go to. Dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Motel - Pittston; playing golf is lots of
fun at Fox Hill Country Club. While you're here at Gardner Creek Reservoir you will meet lots of people from nearby Scranton—Wilkes-Barre, and on a perfect day you can take a hike along the Choke Creek Trail.

sufficient? Just getting warmed up. Gardner Creek Dam is worth going to if you're here, and get soaked paddling on Spring Brook. From a rain point of view Gardner Creek Reservoir is a relatively normal location; the month with most of the rain is July, and the driest month is January.
