You'll meet a lot of people from Gettysburg here, and a great close by hotel is Country Inn & Suites By Carlson, Carlisle, PA. Fuller Lake gets a normal amount of rainfall; June is when you get the most rain here, and January meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are perfect; Laurel Lake is a lake that's close to Fuller Lake, and an afternoon       playing golf at Piney Apple Golf Course is always a diversion. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Ski Liberty is in close proximity to Fuller Lake, and a delightful site for whitewater paddling is Marsh Creek. What a location this is for outdoors people. You can run the rapids of Conewago Creek - West near Fuller Lake; the Boundary Trail is a pleasant hiking trail close by. Camping at Conewago Campground is always a perfect experience, and going for a                  hike on the Watershed Trail is always a nice adventure. During the days of summer highs here at Fuller Lake reach the 80's. Summer night lows descend down to the 60's. Highs throughout the wintertime are usually in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Fuller Lake are in the 20's. Fuller Lake in fact is in the middle of a delightful outdoors paradise. Fuller Lake is tremendous enough to spend more than a day at, Pine Grove Furnace State Park is a tremendous local campground. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a location to stay Fairfield Inn & Suites Carlisle is a good choice, and Sunset Rocks is something you shouldn't miss while you're here.
