Many people like to go to Fourmile Pond. That right there is a heap already, but it keeps on going; Fourmile Pond has it all. The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Tanglwood; Tinkwig Lake is a good lake nearby. This is no site for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Fourmile Pond; Blooming Grove Trail is a great local trail. This lake is so wonderful. Do pay a visit to Delaware National Scenic

| | River while you're here at Fourmile Pond, and the peak of Shimers Mountain can be seen from Fourmile Pond.
A good deal of precipitation falls at Fourmile Pond; most of the rain falls during August while February is typically the driest month. The snow is good at Ski Big Bear, and whitewater paddling is splendid on Lackawaxen River. The beauty of mother nature reveals herself at High Falls; The Lodge at Woodloch is a good spot to get some rest.

at Fourmile Pond during the long summer days are in the 70's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's, and throughout the dark hours in the winter at Fourmile Pond temperatures
drop to the 10's. Dry warm beds await you at The Lodge at Woodloch. There's so much to do here at Fourmile Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Camp Shohola is a wonderful spot for that. Hooper Creek flows through this area.
You'll need more than a day to explore everything Fourmile Pond has to offer, you can camp at Camp Watonka.
This lake is so wonderful. Cricket Hill Golf Club is a golf course close to Fourmile Pond, and why not take a refreshing
hike along the Steam Mill Trail. Paddling on Shohola Creek is so much fun, and good hiking is available along the Crawford Trail.
