After a long day outdoors Donegal - Days Inn is a fine spot to spend a night or two, and a round of golf at nearby Donegal Highlands Golf Course is a fine way to kill some time. Seven Springs is a nice local ski area; Forest Lake is right by the Darr Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Take a hike on the Brant Trail; Fourmile Run is a great whitewater spot close by. From a precipitation point of view Forest       Lake is a pretty normal place; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain while February is regularly the driest month. For the duration of the warm months highs here at Forest Lake reach the 80's while nighttime lows are usually in the 60's. All through the winter highs are mostly in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Forest Lake. Having a great time at Forest Lake is simple. Everybody nearby loves skiing at Hidden                  Valley, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Great Gorge Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Forest Lake is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Laurel Highlands Campland is a splendid local campground, and dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express E HUNTINGDON-MT PLEASANT.
