Whitewater paddling is brilliant on Lackawanna River,       and pretty scenery and good skiing is what you acquire at Montage Mountain. All the water falling down from the sky makes Finn Pond a wet place; the wettest month of the year is mostly June, that's the one that rains the most while February is frequently the driest month. Gotta ski! Elk Mountain is a delightful site to do that; if the weather is perfect, you can go for a hike along the Pinnacle Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Throughout the summer here at Finn Pond, high temperatures usually get into the 70's, and the overnight is somewhat colder of course, regularly in the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Finn Pond. This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is beautiful, you get a pleasant view of Davidson Hill from Finn Pond, and get drenched paddling on Spring Brook. Man, is there a lot of enjoyable stuff to do near Finn Pond.
