And Meg I'm sorry for the information you've received but it is far from the highest elevated lake in Pa...in fact there are 7 other lakes within 15 miles that trump the elevation by almost 400ft...Thanks.... Says Matthew My grandmother owned a house on Fiddle Lake. It is a beautiful area. Very secluded from the outside     towns, however so if you are planning a trip, just know it takes about 45 minutes to get to the nearest town for groceries. Says Kelsey Fiddle Lake is the highest eleveated lake in Pa, so the water is still refreshing on hot summer days! Theres no public access for fishing. But if you are lucky enough to find a cottage rental, you can catch all the pan fish you want. Just release the bass due to lake association rules.
