Emporium Reservoir ordinarily gets a good deal of precipitation; the wettest month of the year is commonly June, that's the one that rains the most, and February is the month with the least moisture. Summertime at Emporium Reservoir arrives with high temperatures in the 80's while nighttime lows are regularly in       the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's while the cold winter nights at Emporium Reservoir are in the 10's. The snow is good at Ski Denton, naturally you could also stop at Lake Bucktail if you're here; it's not far at all. Do pop by Emporium Reservoir Dam if you're here at Emporium Reservoir, and Best Western Executive Inn is a perfect place to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. The Sand Springs Trail is a wonderful hiking trail right                  next door to Emporium Reservoir, and on a pretty day you acquire a great panorama of Bryan Hill from Emporium Reservoir. A wonderful nearby hotel is Comfort Inn Saint Marys, and if you've had enough of Emporium Reservoir, Salt Run Reservoir is close by. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Emporium Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Old Tee Pee Campground is a delightful location for that; nearby you come across the Wiley Trail which is a great hiking trail. So much cool stuff close to Emporium Reservoir, just striking.
