The warmest time of the year at Edgerton Reservoir comes with high temperatures in the 70's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 20's with temperatures at Edgerton Reservoir dipping down into the 10's throughout winter nights. This is no place for people who don’t       like to enjoy themselves. Go for a hike on the Pinnacle Trail. Montage Mountain has good slopes and a friendly staff, and you can stay the night at Keen Lake Camping and Cottage Resort. Lots of precipitation falls at Edgerton Reservoir; of all the months in a year June is the one with the most rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. There are other places here than Edgerton Reservoir, for example Aylesworth Creek Lake;                  if you need a site to stay Days Inn Dunmore-Scranton is a great choice. Clayton Park Recreational Area is a great campground nearby; there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at close by Elk Mountain. A round of golf at nearby Panorama Golf Course is a fine way to kill some time, and Aylesworth Creek Dam is an interesting thing to check out. Lakes are such serene sites, why not stop by White Oak Reservoir in close proximity to Edgerton Reservoir, and why not check out close by Fall Brook if you're here at Edgerton Reservoir. That right there is heaps already, but it carries on; Edgerton Reservoir has it all. There are swamps here too; Spruce Swamp is close at hand, and there are magnificent places to explore along the Refuge Trail. This lake is so wonderful.
