Camping at Hemlock Campground and Cottages is always a splendid experience, and going for a hike on the Camelback Trail is always a splendid adventure. Comfort Inn & Suites is a perfect site to get some rest, and Lynchwood Dam is a delightful place. A stunning lake like Lynchwood Lake right next door to Echo Lake is a tremendous place to go to, and after a long day outdoors SUPER 8 MOTEL - MT. POCONO is a wonderful location       to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. Clear Run is next to Echo Lake and is always a pleasure to stop at, and Wallenpaupack Creek is a splendid whitewater spot close by. All the outdoors cool things in the neighborhood of Echo Lake will keep you coming back many times. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Camelback if you're here; there is a great hiking trail close by called the Lakeside Trail. Echo Lake gets a common amount                  of precipitation; most of the rain falls through June; January is the month with the least moisture. Very pretty scenery and pleasant skiing is what you get at Mount Airy Lodge, and you can go for a hike on the Indian Trail. Through the months of summer at Echo Lake highs are mostly in the 80's, and all through the night it cools down to the 60's. During the winter highs are in the 30's, and nighttime lows in the 10's for Echo Lake. You'll locate a lovely lake called Lake Carobeth near Echo Lake, and if you don't mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Paradise Creek. Having a pleasant time at Echo Lake is uncomplicated. This lake is so wonderful.
